Job Description:

General light, and heavy labor within a Recycling Facility. Applicant should be task driven, have good organizational skills and the ability to work well with others. Employee will report directly to the plant operations manager.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Sort a variety of recycled materials such as paper, glass, metal, and wood while maintaining production, quality, and safety.
  • Perform moderately heavy physical labor under all types of outdoor weather conditions.
  • Follow oral and written instruction.
  • Work could require forklift, skid steer, and other equipment operation.
  • Keep workplace clean and organized, by sweeping, raking, picking up paper debris, and stacking and moving bins and hampers into proper locations.
  • Knowledge of basic arithmetic.
  • Perform basic maintenance of skid steer, forklifts, balers and shredders.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work overtime.
  • Fill out and submit paperwork both accurately and timely.
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner.

Class A/B License preferred but not mandatory.

Job Description:

Recycling Associates in Nashua is looking for an experienced Class A driver. This is a full-time day position, responsibilities include pick-up/delivery and movement between trailer yard and facility. Driver will report directly to the plant operations manager.

You’ll be home every night! This position does not require overnight stays.

Requirements:

  • CDL Class A
  • 3 year minimum Class A driving experience
  • Good driving record / MVR
  • Must be able to bend and lift without difficulty
  • Fill out and submit paperwork both accurately and timely
  • 55-60 hours per week
